Q1 What inspired you to enter your field?
I’ve always been drawn to work that blends strategy and creativity. Early in my career, I realized how powerful storytelling and authentic branding can be in shaping both customer experience and business outcomes. That realization led me to marketing, where I’ve been able to help organizations grow by connecting people to purpose in a meaningful way.
Q2 What qualities do you think make a great leader, especially for women in business?
Great leaders lead with empathy, curiosity, and clarity. For women in business, it’s especially important to be both courageous and collaborative — owning your voice while creating space for others to rise. Leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about asking the right questions and empowering your team to find the best path forward together.
Q3 How do you stay motivated and continue to grow professionally?
I stay motivated by surrounding myself with smart, passionate people and continually seeking out new perspectives. Whether it’s through mentorship, reading or simply listening closely to our customers, I believe growth comes from being open to learning and willing to evolve.

Success is about impact and alignment. It’s knowing that the work I’m doing matters — that it’s creating value for others and staying true to my core values in the process. It’s also about seeing the people around me grow and thrive. When you’re helping others rise while doing work that feels authentic, that’s real success.
