The Building Contractors Association (BCA) of Northeast Indiana is celebrating the addition of Sarah Hadsall and Maegen Barbour to its team, as the new executive director and full-time membership and marketing assistant, respectively.
Hadsall was the deputy director for the Alameda Corridor Business Improvement District in Lakewood, Colorado from 2017-2023. Her focus was on capital improvement and corridor street beautification projects, as well as community and business engagement. A Hoosier native, she joins the BCA with a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Colorado State University. She has a solid background in project management, nonprofit leadership, fundraising and event planning.
Barbour joined BCA in May and brings with her a strong social media background, with much of her career in insurance sales, service and marketing.

For over 100 years, the BCA of Northeast Indiana has served its membership and the commercial construction industry of northeast Indiana. The BCA provides networking and educational opportunities, tracks the pulse of the industry and national economic trends, and how they affect our local community.
Mission
The BCA promotes the commercial and industrial construction industry and provides services for its members to become more effective businesses.
