Robin Henry

Robin Henry graduated from Ball State University with a degree in political science. Later, she attended IUPUI to earn her MS in Adult Education and became a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Robin had several career paths leading up to her position at 3Rivers. She worked as an on-air talent who broadcast the daily news to Wayne County and later served as an account executive in radio broadcasting. She also worked as the executive director for Leadership Wayne County, an adjunct faculty member for Purdue University in Richmond, the director of community partnerships and the director of human resources for the City of Richmond, and as executive vice president/chief human resource officer of West End Bank before its merger with 3Rivers.

Robin has served on the board of directors for nearly 20 different community nonprofits such as the Richmond Art Museum, Reid Health Governing Board and Reid Health Foundation, Main Street Richmond/Wayne County, Beth Boruk Temple and the Richmond Board of Works and Safety. She was appointed to Richmond City Council’s 3rd District seat in 1982 at the age of 22, making her the youngest citizen to serve on Council to date.

Leslie-Anne Harants has a 30-year track record of delivering measurable results with her passionate approach to employee development. She is MBTI Qualified, has a Master’s in Adult Education from IU, and multiple certifications in organizational development and advanced consulting. She is a Deep Change certified Spiritual Intelligence Coach and About My Brain Practitioner who routinely presents at national conferences on team dynamics and employee development. As chief culture officer, she is proud to see Fort Wayne adopting key diversity and inclusion initiatives so that local organizations can understand why discussion and action are important to transcending where we are now.


Carrie Howard

Known for her intuitive approach to attracting, aligning and retaining top talent, Carrie Howard is a Certified Career Management Coach, a Leadership Engagement & Impact Coach and holds an Associate’s in Business and Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. As the director of talent management, she helps team members identify their ideal career path and creates strategies to achieve lasting fulfillment. Since implementing the Diversity & Inclusion Program in 2015, she serves as the diversity officer and leads the Empathy & Perspectives Committee which participates in the United Front initiative. Carrie believes listening is key to growth.


Jan Diaz

Jan was born and raised in the Windy City and moved to Fort Wayne after marrying her high school sweetheart. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and throughout her career has demonstrated a history of working in public, private and social sectors, including higher education. 

Throughout her tenure in Fort Wayne, she has served on multiple boards that have strongly supported the growth and development of the northeast Indiana community of businesses and leaders. Because her passion for businesses so closely aligns with that of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) mission, Jan accepted the role as BBB’s vice president in January of 2022. 


Amber Gonzalez

Customer service has always been Amber’s passion. In just five years with Lindenwood Cemetery and Birkmeier & Sons Monument Company, she has advanced from administrative assistant to general manager. Although most of her role is behind the scenes, she takes an enormous amount of pride in the care she provides to each family that she has the honor to serve.

Amber and her husband Rey enjoy traveling. Together they have three children: Demitri, Savanah and Jordan.

Prior to working at Fort Financial, Jody’s career included roles in HR, consulting and executive coaching. She holds a Master’s in HR from Purdue University and numerous professional certifications. She serves in the community, holding board positions for Northeast Indiana’s Human Resources Association and Blue Jacket.

Sarah comes from a family where women have always shared a love of shopping and supporting small businesses. As a tribute to her late sister, she opened clothing boutique Magnolia + Moss Mercantile, now located on Main Street in Roanoke. Sarah is passionate about the progress happening in Roanoke and serves on its Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to Magnolia + Moss, Sarah is embarking on a new endeavor, opening Snickle + Fritz Candy Co. in Roanoke. It will offer candy from all decades, toys, party supplies, gift basket services and a balloon bar. Sarah loves seeing customers find what they are looking for and is always searching for new ways to serve her community.


Sharon David, MD, FAAPMR

Sharon Prathiba David, MD, is a physiatrist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and management of neurological, musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions. After earning her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, she completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. David currently serves as the medical director of the Parkview Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and of the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Parkview Hospital Randallia. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as the Association of Academic Physiatrists. Dr. David is known for building relationships with patients to provide the best quality of care.


Corinna Ladd

Corinna Ladd is regional president of PNC Bank in Northern Indiana. Ladd is responsible for leadership across all lines of business, with direct responsibility for the commercial banking segment in northern Indiana. In addition, Ladd leads the PNC Foundation in the region. Ladd is an active community volunteer. She serves as Board Chair of the Turnstone Center; as a committee member of Big Brothers Big Sisters; and as an advisory board member of Trine College of Health Professions. Ladd advocates for PNCs Grow Up Great® commitment to early education by collaborating with the public, private and nonprofit sectors. 


Krissy Surface

Krissy Surface was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and, in 2009, moved to Fort Wayne from Seattle, Washington after completing graduate school. Krissy came to then IPFW as the associate director of Student Life, and quickly fell in love with the campus and Fort Wayne as a whole. She earned her PhD here and became the vice chancellor in 2019. 

Krissy finds inspiration in her exceptional team and the 8,500+ students who call PFW home. She takes pride in challenging, supporting and celebrating students and people in general. 


Rhonda Meriwether

Rhonda Meriwether is a native and proud resident of Fort Wayne. She began her career at IPFW/PFW in 1991 as an academic advisor. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Tennessee State University and is currently working on another Master of Science degree in higher education from Purdue Global. 

Rhonda is a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, volunteers as an Upward Basketball coach and at the annual Habitat for Humanity Women Build. She also volunteers with the PRN Neighbor to Neighbor program.

She is dedicated to helping students reach their academic and educational goals, and believes that diversity matters. 


Ruth Springer

Ruth Springer is a Fort Wayne native and attended Concordia Lutheran High School. She has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is married to Joe Springer, a consulting engineer. Her son and his wife also live in Fort Wayne, where Ruth enjoys spending time with her four-year-old twin granddaughters. Ruth and Joe sing in the Chancel Choir at Trinity English Lutheran Church.

Ruth specializes in retirement income planning. With the support of experienced professionals at Raymond James, she works closely with clients to develop a customized plan and investment strategy designed to meet their personal financial goals.


Erika Dornseif

Erika is a senior vice president and senior trust officer with STAR Bank’s Wealth Management team. Erika serves as the primary client contact for trust accounts in northern Indiana and is responsible for handling estate administration and fiduciary reporting. Her favorite part of her role is developing relationships with clients and helping them fulfill their financial goals.

Erika carries multiple NASD licenses as well as an Indiana Health Insurance license. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School. She gives back to the community by serving on the board of directors for the Jorgenson YMCA
