Celebrating... First Federal Bank is pleased to welcome Mindy Szczepanski as assistant vice president, financial sales manager for both Fort Wayne branches located at 9909 Illinois Road and 1595 W. Dupont Road.

Mindy has nearly 10 years of industry experience, and is responsible for overseeing branch sales operations and offering banking solutions to retail and business customers. Szczepanski is active in her community as board member for the Risk Management Association of Northern Indiana and Arlington Park Homeowners Association. She also recently completed her tenure as president of WOWNet Fort Wayne, a women’s networking organization, and was former president of the Commercial Leads Exchange, a networking group within Greater Fort Wayne, Inc.
