Here are Braun’s responses to some of the more common questions and concerns.

I would love to have an event like this, but I don’t know if my kitchen is up to scratch. 
Don’t worry about your kitchen space. We will adapt to virtually any kitchen setting and configuration. 

Why is a wine steward important?
No other personal chef service in the state of Indiana is collaborating with a wine steward, but we are. Why? Because he not only knows how to pair the perfect wine with the meal, but he is also a walking dictionary of wine knowledge. He will act as your wine steward for the evening, and he will educate your guests on why he chose this specific wine to accompany this specific course. Your guests will leave your event with enough knowledge to pass Wine 101.  

I have an event coming up and I know you can handle the food, but what about the decor? 
That’s something else we offer that is unique to our business. No one else offers custom tablescapes, but we do. Jennifer will consult with you to find out the style and theme you’re aiming for. She will then create a custom table setting by hand to make your event one-of-a-kind. She will arrive with us on the day of the event to decorate and prepare your home for your event and she (along with the rest of the KneedaChef crew) cleans up after the event, ensuring that you don’t have to worry about a thing.  

I am hosting an event for 12, but I don’t have the table service for that number of people. Can you help?
We have a variety of dishes, glasses and silverware that we can provide for an event. Many of our clients use this service.
