Celebrate!

Company History: Founded in 2004 by Brad Altevogt and Pat Sullivan, Three Rivers Running Company opened its doors on the southwest side of Fort Wayne. Its goal was to provide the most innovative products and the highest quality of customer service in northeast Indiana. As the business expanded over the next few years, it required more space and relocated in the fall of 2006. In December, it relocated once again to enhance its products, services and involvement in the community.

Reason to Celebrate: Three Rivers Running Company was recently recognized as one of the 50 Best Running Stores in America by two leading trade and consumer publications Running Insight and Competitor Magazine. Following an extensive nomination and review process throughout 2011, Three Rivers Running Company was recognized for its outstanding service, product knowledge and merchandising.

Mission Statement: Three Rivers Running Company is committed to providing the best products and services to enhance the customer’s experience in the activities or running, triathlon, walking and fitness. Altevogt and Sullivan seek to be advocates of running, triathlon and healthy living within the communities they serve by positively impacting participation rates and visibility of these activities. Their goal is to bring the best product to the region. And, by providing information and knowledge, they seek to help every customer make the best and most informed buying decision to meet their individual needs.
